What I appreciated right off was her organization. Jennifer came to set up 1) a Family Estate Trust, 2) Wills for my wife and I and 3) Health Care Directives for us both. Before we met in person, I was asked to compile a list of our assets including retirements accounts, bank accounts, physical assets (cars, home etc.) and any and all liabilities. With four kids still in School (2 in high-school and twins in middle-school) it was important to my wife and I that our children be well cared for in the tragic event that we both unexpectedly passed.
Having chosen our Trustee, the person who would make medical decisions for us based on our medical directives, as well as the guardian for our children, Jennifer helped us set up the Family Trust, Wills and Medical Directive. I am a huge fan of redundant systems or back-up plans in the event of (fill in the blank). Jennifer was awesome at identifying places where these contingencies might be needed, and directed us to put in the checks and balances that would protect these financial assets for our children.
Jenifer is first and foremost professional. She is also very easy to speak with. I did not get the feeling I was dealing with someone speaking “legalese”. A few days later, all the docs were ready for review and signing. Jennifer took time to explain at each point what we were signing and answered any follow-up query we had.

I highly recommend Jennifer Reardon as a premier Tax attorney. I consulted with Ms. Reardon, Esq about forming an LLC and putting it into my existing trust. She was extremely knowledgeable and explained exactly what needed to be done.
When she created the LLC, I brought my existing trust to her. She read over my trust and found a lot of errors that needed to be corrected. Most of the errors wouldn’t have been found by a tax attorney but Ms. Reardon brings a strong accounting background to her profession. I was extremely impressed with her ability to explain the tax benefits that my beneficiaries will receive from the changes she made to my trust.
